Have you checked the IN State Genealogical site for IN marriages for Julien/Julian marriages in Carrol Co., IN. There are 21 years between Rachael Banta & Abel Julien marriage date and the birth of their last child. Some of those marriages (Carroll Co., IN) are probably their other children. A search on Familytreemaker (Surname JULIEN) would be good. I went there searching for Abel to see if there might be someone else working on this couple. No HIts. There is a great site for the Banta's with the original Banta, Lieuwe te Banta That line ends with our Daniel Banta & Mary Van Voorhees. But other Banta families lived in Warren Co., OH, just might be a clue there.
