I am wondering if anyone has information about the Catherine Banta (Bonte?) who married David Cole Perrine. Some sources say her parents were Johannes Banta and Jane Van Zile. I found her mother Jane and 2 brothers John and Peter moving with the family to Dearborn County, Indiana where they purchased land in 1815-17 time period. At the time they spelled the name Bonte. David Cole Perrine was from Staten Island, New York. Thanks so much for your help.
