Hi,

I have her death certificate from Old Lyme Town Hall. It reads as follows:

Name in full was: Hannah Chadwick Banta
Maiden name: Hannah Chadwick
Town of death: Lyme
Duration of disease: years
Date of Death: Jan 19, 1895
Residence: Lyme
Occupation: Housewife
Age: 98 years, 11 months, 18 days
Condition: Widow
Husband's name: F. B. Banta
Birthplace: Lyme
Cause of death: Old Age/Exhaustion
Signature of Physician: (difficult to read)
Dated at Lyme this 30th day of January 1895.

UNFORTUNATELY, there is no entry for Mother or Father. I have been researching non stop every since I got this info, and have not been able to find her parents. It's very discouraging.

She was married several times. This is what I have discovered:
1. Unknown Gulliver - bef 1829
2. George (probably Atwell)Tucker - April 20, 1829
(my ggg-grandfather - I have not found his parents)
3. Frederick B. Banta - January 8 1843

My lineage:
George Tucker and Hannah Chadwick
Louisa Tucker and James Steward Morris
Ella Mae Morris and Charles Henry Mitchell
George Mitchell and Susannah Coyle
Olga Mitchell and Ralph Tillquist
Elaine Ann Tillquist Pavone (This is me)

I think James Morris's first wife, Amelia Gulliver, may have been a daughter of Hannah and Mr. Gulliver.

If you can help, it would be much appreciated.

I have Hall and Plimpton, and the Barbour Collection in my personal library, and subscribe to Ancestry.com, NEHGS.org, and the Godfrey.

Regards,
Elaine
