My grandmother and I found the obituary for her grandfather, John Francis Corr, and it mentioned that he was survived by a Mrs. Charles Bannon.
As far as we know, John's mother never re-married after her husband died. She was on the 1900 census and was 47 at the time. After that, she disappears.
Does anyone know anything about a Charles Bannon somehow related to the Corr or Savage families?
We're really at a standstill here and it's starting to get a little frustrating!
