Jonas Bannister, 1837, Calverley, moved to Ontario, Canada, where he married, and then to Lincoln, Nebraska.A Stephen Williams of Pudsey is researching for me but I have not heard from him for over a month.I paid him for research and future time.He found Jonas' parents to be Henry and Rachel Brown Bannister of Kildwick; Henry's parents to be John and Anna Gregson Bannister of Glusburn, Sawyer; John's parents to be Henry and Ann Cowper Bannister of Eastburne; Henry's parents to be Banaster Bannister and Mary of Burnly, Lancashire; and Banaster's parents to be John and Jenet Thomas Banaster, married in 1713 in Burnley, Lancashire.
What I want to know is:
1. Who are John Banaster's parents. This is out of the St. Oswald's area, I guess..
2. What other Bannister's possibly related to my husband's line are buried at St. Oswald's?
I don't know if you can help, but please let me know.
Thanks for asking.
