My Grandfather,s name is Alex Chant Banning.
DOB Oct- 5-1903 Died Oct 1980
My Great grandfather was a twin
My Great Grandmother was a twin also.
The twins boys married the twins girls,
My grandfathers, name was Alex His wife was Annie Jones
My great uncle, Name was Probably William of course he married the twin sister, at this time I,m not sure what her name is,
My dad said that His greatfather married an cherokee woman
from Oklahoma Don,t know her name. Thats just it I don,t much about the Banning Family I,ve never heard where they came from.
It,s been said that my great granddad was a horsetrader or maybe cows, They said that he would drive them to Little Rock AR that he rode a horse and he carried a gun.
It,s been said that we have some Irish in us, so I wonder where we came from. But I,m not positive about that.
I,ll talk to my dad tomorrow and see if he remembers anything, he was the youngest son of his family, so some of this is hear say for him to.

Debbie has remarried when they get married several times I have a hard time keeping up with them.

Sherry the same I,ve lost touch with them since the grandparents died.
I know this is probably useless information but maybe you can tell me something.
Grand pa Alex and Vera Banning Lived at Charleston and are bured at the Garden of Memories just outside of Charleston on Highway 22.
I was born at Charleston at Bollinger Hospital. Which has long been torn down.
Will I,ll close hope some of this helps you, and I hope you might have information for me.
