I have the family of Frazier Banning, born August 114, 1804 in Cumberland Co., MO. He married Revecca Watson in Chariton Co., Mos on July 11, 1827. She was born 1811 in Va. or KY. The 1860 census shows him as a farmer in Macon Co. MO, with land valued at $2500. The 1850 and 1860 census indicates he was born in Va. He died Feb 22, 1874 in Chariotn Co., MO. He is the brother of Thomas Wiley and the son of Clark Banning who md. Ann Wiley. He was a Methodist Minister and died in Green Co. (probably) IL
