I am a Family member of The Banners of Banner-Elk NC. My Father is Robert Banner whom is 69 years old now and he can tell the story that my grandfather told, whom was John Edward Banner. We have pictures of some of the Banners. Lots of Older Pictures of my uncle James H. Banner. His bothers one being Benny Banner. I would like to get together and maybe write a book on the Banner Family history. I live in Missouri and would like to hear from one and all.
