Looking for information regarding this family, ca. 1790-1840. Angus Chisholm was a sea captain. Not sure exactly what part of Nova Scotia, but at some point likely Guysborough County, as I located information on part of the family in Guysborough records. They had several children, known names are Ruth, Ann, Naomi, Carolyn, and George who also became a sea captain. Ann married Captn Wm. Park. Naomi m. Stephen Smith (a German - prob. Schmidt) Carolyn m. Captn Ths Atkins. The family name of Diggdon is related to them. Thank you! PJ Chisholm
