Seeking lineage for two Bangerts married to two Steinmetzes. Have full Steinmetz line. Johann Georg (George Sr.) Steinmetz b.Oct. 28, 1881, Dietel, Rus, mar.to Marie Elizabeth (Mabel) Bangert, abt. 1900. Marie b. July 5, 1881, Dietel, Rus. Mabel died and is buried in Hardin, MT. George Sr. is buried in Toppenish,Washington. Her Father: George (Georg)Bangert, mother Ann Elizabeth ? Need to follow Bangert line.
Second member: Johann Carl Steinmetz,b. Mar.11, 1856, Dietel,Rus. Mar. Sophie (Sophia)Bangert, June 11, 1876. Have nothing on Sophie or any of her ancestors. Possible link between George and Sophie Bangert, may be brother and sister, born in Dietel area mid-1800s. Likely both died in same area of Russia. Contact info:
