Further to my message on 5/11/03 I recently purchased the birth certificate of my g.grandfather John James Banfield. His parents full names were William Henry Thomas Banfield and Elizabeth Ann Sampson Banfield formerly Williams.
William was bprn at Lelant and Elizabeth Perran.
Has anyone come across these names in their family trees?
In the 1881 census they were living in Camborne.
