Hi Dale....thanks for all the info...wow, i am overwhelmed....i was able to get all the bandy info (male line) when i joined the DAR so i have the marriage certificates of some of the bandys. LC was my grandfather. His parents Verna and Ulyssess "Yancy" married in Macon County, Tennessee which is about 20 miles from where i live. Verna Hire was a descendant of Leonhart Heirs who came from Switzerland on the ship THE VIRTUOUS GRACE. I also have Verna and Yancy's marriage certificate. Yancy's father and uncles fought in the civil war...i have just started tracing his siblings. My mother, Barbara Bandy Wolfe is L.C.'s only daughter. He had 3 sons, Joe and twins Ronald and Donald. My "Pa C" married Virginia Darrell Meador. My files are actually at home and i can let you know actual dates and exactly what i have later.
