I have one more WADE / BANCROFT pairing for you...
Elizabeth WADE Sanger married Edward Isaac BANCROFT (son of Isaac and Hannah Heywood of Groton, MA) on August 9, 1855 in Holliston, MA.
Wade is her middle name, but that could be her mother's maiden name... maybe.
Do you know of this couple? Edward Isaac married a second time in 1858 in Montreal, Quebec, but I don't know what happened to Elizabeth. Edward was living in Lowell, MA at the time of their marriage.... and when he died on December 3, 1870, his body was transported from Montreal for burial in FITCHBURG, MA... which is very close to Groton.
I've read this string many times, trying to extract more about this family. I wish there were more on Isaac and Edward. I can't find much on them at all.
