My great grandfather, Michael Balzer, came to the US from Bogarus, Hungary in 1908. Bogarus is now a part of Romania. His wife, Veronica, accompanied by three children, Anna, Christine and Peter Balzer joined him in Bismarck, ND about a year later. There are many Balzer's in North Dakota, especially in the Bismarck and Mandan area. Would be very interested in sharing any of the information I have found regarding the the Balzer side of my family. BUD Turner
