Elizabeth BALSER's parents were Jacob BALSER b. 1789 VA and Mary Ann "Polly" THOMAS b. 27 Sept. 1795 in TN. They were married 10 June 1813 in Butler Co., OH. Jacob BALSER died 28 August 1844 in Rush Co., IN. His will was probated in Rush Co., IN February 1846. Mary is listed as head of household in 1850 Tipton Co., IN p. 255.
