Bank Lodge House in Springvale? Townland, Co Down

Can anyone tell me if "Bank Lodge" is still standing? It was located not far from Ballyobegan House. My Dad lived there as a wee boy when his Grandfather William Gibson lived at Ballyobegan House. I think Bank Lodge was very close to the shore. Dad said that he used to walk up the sands to go to school in Ballywalter. I have a few photos of Ballyobegan House and one photo that just says "The Lodge" I'd appreciate hearing from anyone with any knowledge of the house.
