I have a Floyd Wayne Ballinger b.11/19/1907 in Iowa.
(I don't know his father's name but looking at my family tree I'm guessing there is a good chance it was Wayne too.)His mother's name was Alice E Conklin b. 8/23/1872 in Iowa.

Floyd had a Wayne Ballinger in Iowa moved to CA(still living).
Do you have any other Ballinger's in Iowa or Ohio?
