Bruce, does the Ballenger book also list Bolinger? I just found this weekend, that my great great grandmother Elizabeth's name was Bolinger and her family was according to a letter from her daughter "Holland Dutch". Does the book reflect the Dutch spellings also? Where can the book be purchased? Thanks. Kathy
