I have been looking for info on my GGGGF Francis Ballew for a long time and finally found him listed in a Will Abstract of Thomas Ballew dated 14 June 1858, Spring 1861. which says; Wife Hannah, my 3 children, Hugh, Mary, Lucinda. My children, David Ballew, Francis Ballew, Thomas Ballew, John Ballew, James Ballew, Elizabeth Anderson, and Nancy Griffith. Land in Burke Co. mentioned to Amanda, Selena and Mary Maria Ballew, children of Jesse Ballew. Exec. Hugh Ballew.
Anyone with information on this family please let me know.
