What you say is true and I have long since deplored the fact that most states do charge for this service and WV has made them available to the public and I do appreciate that fact, however, as I stated before, its not their effort that I was talking about but the fact that sometimes it doesnt come up at all. But if as you say they have fixed the problem then yes it is worth the time to use, But what I am also saying that if it does not work for everyone that the LDS site also has access to the site and it does work all the time. Or at least it does for me.
And I do Appreciate that fact that WV does offer it.
