Found this on Jesse and Lavina Ballard
Jesse was born feb 1843 Tenn d cot 27 1925 in the County poor house
his parents were John Ballard b. UNK and Lucinda Thompson b TN

Lavina Ballard was born Oct 1, 1854 ARK and died Nov 5 1932 in the poor house.
Her parents looks like
Samuel H. McNair b KC not sure what that is.
Elizabeth C. Scalion b Tenn. her parents are hard to read.
This is on their death certificates

I could not find them on the census to confirm when they married or anything or if they even had kids.
