I think this could benefit many. Please be aware of the Ohio Death Index Online from the Ohio Historical Soc (located in Columbus Ohio) Their web page is

There are a number of Balint and Balent. Little clue, put in less of the name, and you may get more, that were misspellings-more common in the early years. The site will tell you how to go about to getting these.

Secondly, if you have any relatives in Cuyahoga Co., Ohio(Cleveland is located in this county), be sure to see the GenWeb page for this county and check the Vital Records Links. It will give you additional information on getting records. Cleveland, has a nice Archives building for some records.
