If anyone researching BALFE in Canada (Ontario??) recognizes any of these names and can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
Looking for info on Mary BALFE, b Canada (don't know where)who had a sister Helen, believe father's name Patrick, mother's maiden name RONAN.
Mary BALFE m William Patrick TULLY in Chicago abt 1901, and they had daughter, Agnes Margaret TULLY, b Feb 9, 1904, before she was widowed in 1915. Daughter Agnes TULLY married in Chicago to Walter J. McNAMARA. Agnes evidently died sometime after giving birth to daughters Mary A abt 1926 and Josephine abt 1928. The US Census for IL shows her widower, Walter J. McNAMARA living w his daughters in Chicago, along w mo-in-law, Mary TULLY (this is Mary BALFE).
However, between the death of Mary BALFE TULLY's husband and the 1925 marriage index entry, I cannot find Mary BALFE TULLY anywhere!
At any rate, if anyone recognizes any of this info as part of your BALFE line, I'd appreciate hearing from you. I'd like to make sure my BALFE info is correct--and willing to share any TULLY connections anyone might need, also.
