Mary Agnes Balfe is my great-grandmother. She married Frances (Frank) Morgan on 10/30/1877 in St Peter Mn. They had 12 children. John Thomas, Mary Margaret, Annie Ellen (my grandmother), Katherine, Theresa, George Frances, Elizabeth, Anastasia, Rose, James Edward, Francis, Josephine. Mary died giving birth to Josephine on 6/20/1901. She is buried in the Old Park Rapid Cemetery at Park Rapids,Mn. That was a tough spring for the family. Theresa died on 4/5/1901 at the age of 14, Annie Ellen was married on 5/1/1901 (she wanted to postpone the wedding, but her mother would not let her. Irish custom of not postponing a wedding because it would bring bad luck), and Josephine born and Mary dying on 6/20/1901.
