The Sarah Baldwin who married Alexander Edwards was born 1621 in Cholesbury, Buckinghamshire, England. She was the daughter of Richard Baldwin (b.1/3/1576, Cholesbury;wp 5/16/1633) and Isabell Harding. Sarah immigrated to the New Haven Colony with her 3 brothers (Timothy,Joseph,Nathaniel)and cousin John Baldwin in 1637. The 4 males settled in the Milford Plantation when it was estab. in 1638. Sarah 1st married John Searle, then A. Edwards. she died 10/3/1690. If you are interested, I have this Baldwin line back to 1250 in Buckinghamshire, England. Sarah was my 10th great-grandfather's great-niece. She was not born in New England in 1619 b/c the Pilgrims didn't settle in MA until 12/1620!
