Ann...in the 1850 census for Oldham Co., KY, you have James and Rachael who never had children of their own. John D.'s 1st wife died in 1820

The "Ge. H." Baldock is John H. Baldock and his wife Mary. Adeline, Martha, Lucy, Sarah, James, and Thomas are their children.

James and Rachael were probably md. in Scott Co., KY. Most of James' children were born there and James is listed on the 1830 census for Scott Co. In 1840, he is on the Oldham Co.,KY census.

I don't know how they met, but the Parsons family were md. into other Baldocks in KY (they were all related. I don't know if that was a key or not.
