I think you will find that the Baldock surname is a native of Kent, having in fact come from Heugenot roots. It is not native of Baldock in Hertfordshire and is not really that close!! I have Baldocks from Ospringe and Faversham, Kent. My oldest date is Thomas Baldock born in approx 1770 and married in 1800 at Throwley Forstal, Kent. Any additions would be appreciated!!
