Hi Karen and Cindy
I have been researching the BALDOCK family name in UK for many years, and have noted your recent comments on William BALDOCK, the father of Herbert, Jim and others.
You have confirmed that William was born 2 Jun 1870 in England, but make reference to Lincolnshire 'Hall', which I am unfamiliar with. I certainly have reference to two William BALDOCKs born in different areas of Lincolnshire in 1870 noted in my database, plus numerous others born in other counties. Both Williams were the son of Joseph BALDOCK but the mother for one was Mary and the other Sarah.
Are you able to clarify the locality, which would help me to assist you in tracing the line further back. My own branch of the family originate from Lincolnshire, so I have a personal interest, I guess. There are numerous branches of the BALDOCK family in Lincs, but all must be related at some point. Look forward to hearing from you.
