Thank you so much for trying. I have since discovered that Ernie and Florrie (grandparents) were married in Canada. We will contact Dad and see if he has his uncle or grandfather's name. Dad is 84 and just had bypass surgery. The person that would probably know this is my mother-in--law but she was diagnosed with Alhzeimer's 2 years ago. My own family has traced back 13 generations and the other side of my husbands family is working towards 7. I really appreciate your help.
