Horace Benjamin was the son of Benjamin and Mary BALDOCK (nee CLOUT) born 1846 1Q VII 519 (GRO Index No.) Ticehurst area, which includes Wadhurst, East Sussex (not London).
Benjamin and Mary were married 7 April 1820 in Wadhurst.
I believe, Benjamin was the son of John and Lydia BALDOCK (nee SALE) baptised 1798 Wadhurst.
I was interested in learn that Benjamin Horace emigrated to the USA. Were there any male descendants I wonder. There appears to be so many BALDOCKs in USA, I wonder where they all came from.
