Noted your interest in this branch of the family. I have Florence Lily born c1881 (in the 1881 census age 3months old with parents Charles and Hannah not Harriet). Can you check correct name please.
Charles BALDOCK married Hannah/Harriett 1880 3Q 6c 651 Kings Norton (GRO No.). You really need the marriage certificate to confirm Charles' father and age. I haven't found his birth registration in the Birmingham area, so the marriage details will help to find him. I have him living in Kings Norton age 23 occupation brass caster. There is another Charles in the 1881 census living in Aston (age 23 unm) so not your family.
I have no information on Gertrude or Gladys, though most of my birth data is for male births. I haven't found anything for your Rowland, though I do have some but not for Birmingham area. I have lots of George and William births, so I would to narrow it down quite a bit to help.
I think you need the marriage certificate to progress further. Would you let me know more when you have it.
