I can't tell you specifically about the Baldock family of Kent, but I can tell you that its not that far from the town of BALDOCK that was founded during the Crusades, about 30 miles north of London in Hertfordshire. I would imagine that your Baldocks would link up with any that came out of the town of Baldock.
