Hello my name is Jeff Balding, I am sure I am related to Jacob Davis Balding. My Grand Father was George Elbert Balding, and his brother was Anson Ray Balding. Their father was Elbert Balding, who had two brother, Jacob and Anson. I believe that Jacob lived in TN, where I do not know. My parents do have an old framed portrait habnging in their house of Jacob Balding. Next time I am their I will take a photo of it and e-mail it to you if you would like.
Oh on a funny note. Jacob Davis Balding, my wife's maiden name is Davis, and our oldest son is Jacob.
