I'm looking for information on Dan Balcom who was born in Connecticut around 1784. I have found two Balcom's in the 1790 Census. First one is John Balcom in Hartford, Windsor who had in there Census Record, 2 males 16 and older, 2 males under sixteen and 2 females. The Second is Joseph Balcom in Windham, Mansfield who had in there Census Record,2 males 16 and older, 2 males under sixteen and 5 females. I know that part of Connecticut and Massachusetts boundaries changed in some areas but I'm not sure where ?
