Balcom Website Still Up and Running?

I'm trying to find out if http://www.go.ednet.ns.ca/~neil/ aka the Balcom website is still up and running or if it has moved or just isn't there. I've been trying to access it for a few days but the page never loads...something about it having trouble connecting with the server.

Please tell me its not gone...
