I may be spelling it wrong, but my great great great Grandmother was Catherine BALKUM, she was the daughter of Alexander and the sister of Nancy Louise (married to Louis Peyton GEOGHAGAN). Catherine was the wife of Joshua GEOGHAGAN (his brother was Louis, they were from S. C.).
Their son, R. W. J. GEOHAGAN was my Great Great Grandfather who married Elizabeth HENDERSON (d/o Richard HENDERSON and Cinderella HUTTO).
Their son, Lewis B. GEOGHAGAN was my great Grandfather who married Annie E. POWELL, they are buried in Mt. Gilead 8 mile Cemetery in Geneva County, AL.
Their son, Hurtis GEOGHAGAN was my Grandfather who married Nora E. STEELE and are both buried in Pensacola, FL.
