Trying to locate parents of JANE BALCOMB, born 1804 in Digby NS. Married PHILIP WORTMAN DOWLING Oct. 19, 1823 in Trinity Anglican Church, Digby, NS. She died Oct. 3, 1870 in Digby. She is my grgrgrandmother. Who are her parents and any siblings?
