I believe you are referring to my immigrant ancestor Alexander Balcom. It looks to me like your Alexander Balcombe II is my immigrant ancestor and the same person found on the Balcom Web Site at: www.go.ednet.ns.ca/~neil. You are the first person that I know of that has linked my Alexander Balcom to his father (your Alexander Balcombe) in Sussex, England. Do you have source for the information about Alexander Balcombe, and Alexander Balcombe II and their descendants?
On the Balcom Web Site you will find ancestors of Alexander Balcom, Henry Balcombe and Capt John Balcomb. Click on Alexander Balcom and then on descendants, then on descendants of Alexander Balcom. Follow his descendants down from his son Alexander Balcom Jr., to John Balcom, to Daniel Balcom born on 4 Mar 1739.
Some of the dates for the above individduals in my family tree match the dates you provide and are different then found on this web site. I also have some additional lines, etc.
