It was not my intent to belittle your research efforts. If I offended you, I apologize.
I too have done a bit of research. For the past 42 years I have collected information from family members and relations, compiled, edited, sorted, and recorded that information. I spent almost three months in Salt Lake City digging into LDS records and files, and have traveled the U.S. over visiting genealogical libraries, State archives, family research centers, etc., having been in all our states except Maine. I published a newsletter on our Balch families for over five years and have shared information on our deceased members, answering hundreds of queries. Perhaps at this grouchy old age of 71 I just need to give it up.
