Proceedings of the County Courts of Charles County 1666-1674

In a cause depending between Josias Fendall plaintf and Ambrose Bayly Deft, the Plaintiff in his person, declares agt the Deft for the Sume of one thousand pounds of tob due by a bill beareing date the 5 of August 1672 the Plaint proves in Court by the oathes of Jno Baulch and Thomas Jeckrell tht it's the act & deed of the sd Ambrose Bayly, whereupon the Comrs gave judgemt agt the Deft for the sd Sume of one thousand pounds of tob: and also this ensueing costs

Impr to Atts fees 60 lb tob
to Attendance 3 days at 30 p dem 90 150
