Hi Gene,

I've found your website to be extremely helpful to my research and would miss it terribly if you took it down, but I also sympathy with everyone's "right to privacy."

I do have third party software that has a privatize option, but usually don't even resort to that. When creating gedcoms or trees for posting on the Internet, I just don't include all generations and make sure I lop it off before I hit the living ones.
