Your Issac Cyril and his parents William and Estella can be found in census records in San Augustine Co., TX starting in 1910. William's father was also a William born in Texas and his mother Leona. The elder William's parent look to be John and Elizabeth with John having been born in Tennessee in about 1812 and Elizabeth in Alabama in 1826. They were living in Nacodoches Co., TX in 1850 and John was a blacksmith.
You can find them all pretty easily in the censuses.
Johnny B. (Isaac Cyril) Balch
JOHNNY B. (ISAAC CYRIL) 83, born May 26, 1920 in San Augustine Co., Texas died Jan 19, 2004 in Houston. He was a veteran of W. W. II having served with the U.S. Army Air Corps., member of the Carpenters Union, Local No. 551 since 1963, and retired from Bank One Texas. A colorful local character (and former owner of 5 Houston bars) "THE LEGENDARY JOHNNY B." was known for his smile, stories and companionship to a lot of the patrons in the Houston area. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Gladys, and son, Cyril Winford (C.W.) Johnny is survived by his daughter, Debbie Machacek; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and two sisters. Memorial Service Saturday January 24, 2004 at 10am in Chapel of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Sugarland, Texas. Celebration of life R & B Patio, 6pm.
