Hi, You are most probably looking for info on James Edwin Balch, b. 11 July 1851 in Jasper, AL and d. 19 Jul 1933 in Petrolia, TX. He was the son of William Balch and Elizabeth K. Wallace.
He was married to Peninah Armanetta Sandlin, b. 3 Feb 1851 in Landersville, AL and d. 17 Apr 1877-1879. They had 5 children as follows.
Innalia Balch, b 1872 Female
William Clinton Balch, b. 1874, d. 1913 Male
Mary Augusta Balch, b. 1 Mar 1875, d. 21 Apr 1958 Female
Minnie M. Balch, b. 1879, d. Mar 1960 Female
Winford W. Balch, b. 2 Jul 1878, d. 10 jul 1878 Male
