Hi Amanda,

I have a Theodore Roosevelt Balch, born 10 OCT 1904 in Amagon, Jackson County, AR., and died 06 JUL 1994 in AR.. I have him married to Vina M. Evins.

Ted and Vina had four children that I have found, one of their children was Billy Evins Balch. Is this the couple you are looking for? If so, please contact me.
