Westfield Mass as a foster child.He was born 10/17/46. My grandfather's name is Charles Levic Balch his birth 10/26/17. His nickname was Chaz. He married Ellen Eliza Smithes born 03/15/16. Iam looking into vital records,
death and birth. I have been told that my family name is German. I HAVE FOUND BALCH STEMS FROM THE WORD BALG IN GERMAN. A Balg was a word for fur trader or skinner.
