Ken, There are several references to Phebe in this history, but based on your note, this must be the one.

p. 25
"Phebe, daughter of Samuel and Martha (Newmarch) Balch, was born in Beverly, April 1, 1684. She married Samuel
Chapman, and removed to Greenland, N.H. Nothing more is known of her."

I have quite a bit about Samuel, her father and will transcribe it if you're interested.
