I ran across some information on Delbert Balch while doing some research of my own. The information is from the 1901 Jackson Co. WV marriage records.

19 Jan. 1901
*BALCH, Delbert O. 25 born Meigs Co., Ohio/residing Jackson Co. WV (son of Samuel and Martha Balch)
*STONE, Eliza C. 19 born Jackson Co.,WV/residing Jackson Co.(daugher of F.M. and Mary Sayre Stone)
