Jim, Who witnessed the land document? Did they pay regular value for it or did someone give them a really good rate? Does it say where any of the people are from and who are the neighbors? (Just a short list-but maybe one of them will be a brother or a cousin.)Were you able to get a plat? Thanks Meredith
PS When it sold, who were the witnesses and neighbors?
