Meredith, the Solomon BAKER mentioned, born about 1753, was not accompanied by his parents or any of his siblings when he emigrated to America.

My 4G.GF was Solomon BAKER, born 1790, PA. His father is supposed to have been another Solomon BAKER who served in the Revolution. So, I am down to a process of elimination of each Solomon BAKER I locate. To either prove, or eliminate the subject Solomon BAKER I need to know his whereabouts from 1774-1790. But, my line of BAKERs did wind up in White Co., TN about 1810-1816. Jim.
