James Fenoulhet owes William Baker £150, but that until now the only security is a promissory note written by James Fenhoulhet. This is now being converted into a charge on "all and every the household goods and furniture and other household effects whatsoever, stock in trade, trade fixtures, and all other goods, chattels and effects" in or about whatever premises are occupied by James Fenoulhet.

ADDDESSES
William Baker of 165 Strand, Middlesex. Tailor and Outfitter.
James Lewis Fenoulhet of 29 South Street, Worthing, Sussex. Tobacconist.
